Molly is a Pilates instructor and personal trainer with almost a decade of experience teaching, programming, and educating in both studio and strength-based settings. She specialises in translating strength training principles into Pilates informed language, so instructors don’t just teach a class, they understand why and how it works. This course is designed to help you program intelligently, coach with confidence, and move beyond choreography into truly effective strength work.
